Attorney General and Montana Gubernatorial Candidate Tim Fox (above) joins Tom and Shane to address the topic of Robocalls.

A new bill has been introduced in congress called the Telephone Robocall Abuse Criminal Enforcement and Deterrent Act or T.R.A.C.E. This bill will allow telephone providers to have more control to stop robocalls and some teeth to make the telemarketers more accountable.

Fox also weighed in on the Affordable Care Act  (ACA) and supports repeal and replace the act with something better. Medicaid in Montana is up for grabs too in the Montana Legislature.

Pre-existing conditions are also an issue that has to be addressed in any healthcare discussion. Selling health insurance across state lines would be something that would increase competition.
