Trial For Accused Killer Set In Missoula

The deliberate homicide trial of Kevin Lino has been set for May 9 in Missoula.

Lino is accused of torturing, beating and shooting a transient to death last summer and they dumping his body in the Clark Fork River.

Colorado man convicted of killing a Sidney High School teacher will be sentenced in April.
