A Missoula man who was suspected of stabbing another man to death in the restroom of a local restaurant will not face homicide charges.

Police in western Montana say a woman has been arrested after a man was found fatally shot in a home.

A spokeswoman with the Bitter Root Humane Association says the dogs, including two litters of puppies, were found running free on land northeast of Hamilton.
