For the week of April 10:

Due to slight delays, the Rouse-Oak to Story Mill Road Project is scheduled to begin on Tuesday April 11, weather permitting.

Work in April will start in the first section from Oak to Bond and will include asphalt removal, excavation and storm drain installation.

During this time, Montana Rail Link will also be beginning the replacement of the railroad crossings on North Rouse Avenue. This work will take place on the 11th and 12th of April and will close Rouse to through traffic.

Drivers are advised to plan additional travel time, expect delays and, when possible, use alternate routes.

Work Schedule:

Crews will work Monday through Friday from approximately 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. For the duration of the Rouse-Oak to Story Mill Road Project, traffic may occasionally be reduced to one lane, which may create short delays, increased traffic, temporary loss of access and detours for adjacent residents and businesses.

Drivers are advised to please plan additional travel time, please watch for flaggers and remember that fines do double in work zones.
