New Film Production Coming To Montana Is Dream For Starring Actor
It's pretty special to hear someone who has filmed all over the world say their lifelong dream of visiting Montana is coming true.
Deadline is reporting a new independent film will start production soon in Montana starring Scottish actor Graham McTavish. The film is titled Somewhere in Montana, and Graham McTavish will play a ranch owner who has fallen on hard times and lets a movie production come and use his ranch for a shoot.
You might not recognize Graham McTavish's name, but this man has been in countless movies and television shows. Graham McTavish has starred in shows such as Starz's Outlander, AMC's Preacher, voiced Dracula on Netflix's Castlevania, and will be starring in the upcoming HBO prequel Game of Thrones series House of Dragons. Plus, he's also been in several movies and has had his likeness and voice used in many video games as well.
Graham McTavish was quoted by Deadline saying about the movie,
Not only because this is a script that comes rarely in an actor's career, but it fulfills a lifelong dream of visiting the beautiful state of Montana. It's going to be something special that I can't wait to share.
Those are some incredibly kind words from Mr. McTavish, and we can't wait to host him in our state. This man has filmed all over the world and his dream is to come to Montana, that is high praise. Hopefully, Somewhere in Montana films near the Gallatin Valley so he can take in the beauty of our area and enjoy himself.
Plus, I want to see if he will drop any spoilers for the new HBO show while he is here.
Enjoy Montana, Mr. McTavish! We can't wait to have you.
