Thursday, August 17, Lt. Col. Roy White, an Air Force veteran of Desert Storm and Operation Southern Watch, will be in Bozeman. Lt. Col. White leads an organization called the Truth in Textbooks Coalition.
That coalition believes a pro-Islamic/anti-Christian group is pushing an anti-American agenda to a number of textbooks publishers.
The Truth In Textbooks Coalition has been reviewing American social studies textbooks. They claim to have discovered over 1,500 errors in 32 social studies books.
"Many of the errors relate to a pro-Islamic/anti-Christian agenda from a number of textbook publishers," Truth In Textbooks Coalition said in statement
The Gallatin Country Republican Women Club is hosting a lunch August 17 for Lt. Col. Roy White to talk about Truth In Textbooks and his mission to bring truth to the American people.
