It looks possible, but is it Bozeman's responsibility to build it. I really don't think so. Why should the tax payers of Bozeman foot the bill for something the private sector can do better. The complete study was submitted to the city commissioners last Monday night. And the estimates range from a half million to repair bogert, to building a complete complex which will run in the millions.
