Google Honors Maurice Sendak With Whimsical Doodle
Today would've been the 85th birthday of beloved children's author Maurice Sendak, who passed away last year. In his honor, Google made this amazing, elaborate Google Doodle.
The doodle features art from 'Where the Wild Things Are,' In the Night Kitchen' and 'Bumble-Ardy,' his last book. Although it's not interactive, the animation is incredible. Plus, you won't accidentally waste hours of your day playing Google Pac Man. We think this is a wonderful tribute.
