Draft Of New Medical Marijuana Bill Available

Information to check out the new Marijuana legislation is available.

The Montana Therapeutic Marijuana Act gets its first hearing Friday morning.
The bill includes provisions for licensing, cultivating, and transporting medical marijuana, and would create a transition process to the new Act.
