Attorney General Tim Fox joined Tom Egelhoff for a phone interview on the Morning Show on Thursday 1/26 at 8:00AM.

The two discussed the Montana Legislature and the needs of Montana citizens regarding public safety and sexual assaults on some of our college campuses.

While there is still much to be done, AG Fox discussed stats regarding the success of the AG’s office in prosecutions and the work being done to reduce instances of human trafficking in our state.

The privacy of Montana citizens of their cell phones, tablets, and computers were also on the table.

The Real ID Act of 2005 was also discussed and Montana’s continued resistance to complying with the law. Only 23 or the 50 states have complied with the law so far.

Montana Senator’s Jon Tester (D) and Steve Daines (R) are reintroducing bills in Congress  to repeal the Real ID act.
