Comedian Paula Poundstone says she is coming to the Ellen Theater, Friday August 11 to tell "her little jokes."

Poundstone says she is happy to perform in Bozeman, but jokes saying she wants to ask Congressman Greg Gianforte some questions..but from a distance.

Poundstone was a regular on NBC's Tonight Show with Jay Leno and had a huge career even winning the American Comedy Award for Best Female Standup Comic. Paula Poundstone was the star of a few HBO specials and her own television show on ABC, but personal problems seemed to stall her career. She blamed drinking for some problems, and according to the Los Angeles Times admitted, "My drinking helped to create a dangerous situation for the children, for this, I am very sorry. All I can say is that I am working hard in rehab to overcome my alcohol problem. For my kids' sake, as well as my own, I am determined to succeed."

Fighting hard to come back, the entertainment industry has given her a second chance. Poundstone recently appeared on the Late Show with Steven Colbert.

She has a new book, The Totally Unscientific Study of the Search for Human Happiness, which people are saying is hilarious.

Paula Poundstone is still making people laugh as she fights to overcome her fall from grace. To find out how she is doing, get your tickets now for her Ellen Theater, Friday August 11 appearance.
