I remember when we had to have our kiddos at home instead of at school for class and I think that was as close as I got to ripping my hair out. For real, thank you teachers for dealing with this daily. Although you did choose that career, you deserve another thank you.

Now, I will admit that working from home sounds like it would be ok for a while. I never had to do the "work from home" thing during the pandemic, but there were times I really wish I could have. Many people are moving to Montana and working remotely from a different state. So, basically getting paid to enjoy the scenery, nice work figuring that one out! BUT, is it all it's worked up to be?

According to Wallethub, Montana does not rank very high when it comes to working from home. In fact, we are ranked in the Top 3 for WORST states to live and work from home.

Regardless of the reasoning, I will say that if I had to work from home here it would be so incredibly hard. I would want to go hiking, travel, and try all the delicious cafes that are surrounding us, I don't know how much actual work I would get done. Also, I am really good at sleeping in and personally, don't think I would be able to get up to go online and work as most mature adults do. I am just being honest.
