The Bozeman WinCo Foods Lawsuit

Many of our listeners have been curious about WinCo Foods moving to Bozeman and the lawsuit that’s in progress between one of the grocery unions and the City of Bozeman.

So, I put “law babe” Jennifer Bordy, our local Friday guest attorney, on the case.

Below is an interview with Jennifer on where we currently stand with this suit, and the issues the union has with this grocer coming to Bozeman.

An appeal of the Director's decision was heard by the Commission and the appeal was denied unanimously. Then the city was sued by the appellant. Just to correct the record."
