The Bozeman Airport Has Exciting Plans For More Food Options
For many people who wait until the last minute to get on their flights and need a food option, we have some good news.
The Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport had a record-breaking 2022 with over 2.2 million passengers traveling in and out of Bozeman. The Bozeman Airport has made efforts to deal with the massive surge of people, such as adding a new parking lot for short and long-term parking, and they even revamped the arrivals and departures drop-off locations.
The Bozeman Airport announced some new plans, but these expansions will be for inside the terminal, and this news is fantastic.
The Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport will open a new 4,000 square foot Market Place in Concourse B. This Market Place will be near the Southwest Airlines gates and will be for travelers who don't have time to eat before their flight. This store will have food options that you can grab and head to your flight and not worry about spending a lot of money.
The Market Place is a fantastic idea for the Bozeman Airport because they have two full sit-down restaurants and a small to-go kiosk that could use more variety.
The two restaurants in the terminal are wonderful places to sit down and have a meal or a beer before your flight, but if you are in a rush and need a bite to eat, you are in trouble.
The Bozeman Airport has more than twice as many travelers going through the airport than any other airport in Montana. I'm happy to see the Bozeman Airport address areas of need and move quickly to resolve them.
Plus, adding this Market Place will help the Bozeman Airport grow its revenue further in 2023. The plan is to have the Market Place open by mid-2023.
