On ‘God Talk’ We Wonder if Shame Is a Good Thing
Shame, once a month on Dominick In The Morning we do something you are not suppose to do, we talk about Religion. It's called "God Talk."
A Rabbi, priest and pastor sit down with me and we talk God. We even take phone calls from listeners with questions about the almighty.
This week, I worried that America has lost shame, yes, shame. Without shame, people do bad things, or sin and don't even think about it.
I was surprised to hear that Jews have a much different view on shame. The Christians on the show said some forms of public shamming are okay, while the Jewish Rabbi strongly disagreed.
