Newlywed Jordan Linn Graham plead 'not guilty' to murder in U.S. District Court in Missoula today, October 4. The charges of murder include accusations that Graham  pushed her husband of just eight days, Cody Johnson, off a cliff in Glacier National Park.

Graham refused to answer questions on whether or not she is working toward a plea deal.

On October 3, Graham was charged with first and second degree murder as well as with "presenting a false statement." The last charge being a result of lies Graham has reportedly told about what happened to her husband on the day of his death.

Graham will appear in U.S. District Court again on October 15 for a pretrial conference. Until then, she will remain in her mother's home in Kalispell with court ordered restrictions.
