I don't even try to hide my love of taco trucks. Or tacos in real restaurants. Or tacos at my house. Or your house, for that matter. Tacos are happiness. If you know someone who feels the same, we've got some holiday gift ideas.

The obvious perfect gift for your taco-lovin' friends and family would be, well, tacos. It doesn't really matter how you give them: gift cards, take them out for tacos or just show up at their door and leave a container of tacos on their porch. They will love you no matter what avenue you pick.

How about a eco-friendly, felt Taco Truck Birdhouse? Yes. They exist. I know because my friend Katie send me one for Christmas. They're functional, hand-made and eventually biodegradable. Pretty cool. (I just got it so I can't yet report if the birds like it.)

Buy your friend all the ingredients to make a high-quality guacamole. What a nice, unique basket that will be! Plus, time is of the essence with fresh ingredients so you'll probably reap the benefits of your gift.

Or, you can always get them a pair of avocado slippers. (Another of Katie's past gifts.)

If you're looking for some decent taco truck options around Bozeman, you're in luck. We're enjoying a boom of high quality taco options that don't require the commitment of a real restaurant. OK, a couple of these aren't trucks but they're good enough to be on the list:

Billings has offerings such as La Palmita Taqueria Mexican Food which is very well reviewed, but I have not been there myself so I can't weigh in. It's not Mexican but The Rice Shack is pretty good too if you're in the mood.

One more gift idea: Fleece Tortilla Blanket. If you don't know it's supposed to be a tortilla it can appear of first glance to be poo stained. But.....it's a tortilla. Your cat will love it too. Your new best cuddle blanket.
