Hilton May Be a Great Hotel, But It’s Also America’s Happiest Company
If one of your New Year’s resolutions is “find a new job,” you may want to narrow your search to the companies a new survey says are the happiest to work for.
CareerBliss, a job-search site and online forum, asked more than 100,000 people about things like work-life balance, relationships with bosses and co-workers and overall job environment to compile its list of the 50 Happiest Companies for 2012.
Topping the list is hotel conglomerate Hilton Worldwide, which got a “bliss rating” of 4.3 out of 5. Texas-based engineering and construction company Fluor took runner-up honors, while Johnson & Johnson, Nordstrom, and BASF rounded out the top five.
