Gubernatorial Candidate Greg Gianforte Responds to US Supreme Court Blocking Carbon Emissions Rule

The Supreme Court agrees to halt enforcement of President Obama's plan to address climate change until legal challenges are resolved, a victory for the coalition of 27 mostly Republican-led states and industry opponents who called the regulations "an unprecedented power grab."

This is great news for Montana, but the fight isn't over. We cannot rest. We must keep up the pressure and work to defeat this "costly power plan" once and for all. I commend Attorney General Tim Fox for standing up for Montanans and joining 27 other states in taking legal action against these job killing regulations . Montana is worth fighting for.
