These Three Popular Burger Chains Might Be In Montana Soon
How soon could we see these burger chains in Montana? It's sooner than you think.
Montana has been slowly getting new and exciting food chains to open locations in the state. National chains like Chick-Fil-A, Panera Bread, and Black Rifle Coffee Company added locations throughout Montana.
Locals have enjoyed the new brands you usually only see in other states in their backyard, but we could see more on the way.
One burger chain Montanans have clamored for years is the California chain In-N-Out. People can't get enough of their Double-Double burgers. The downside of In-N-Out is the company is extremely slow when opening new stores.
What if I told you of a few other beloved burger chains that could hit Montana before In-N-Out? Here's what we found.
Eat This, Not That found out that burger chains Culver's, Whataburger, and Jack in The Box have big plans over the next two years to add locations in untapped markets.
Jack In The Box can be found in most states except Montana but look to add new locations in states they have never been to. The burger spot wants to add hundreds of stores in markets they could see great success.
The Midwest burger chain Culver's also has plans to expand into markets that could suit them well. Culver's is known for their butter burger and cheese curds, and with locations in surrounding states, Montana would be a logical market. Plus, Montana has quite a few residents of the Midwest living here now.
The one burger chain people compare In-N-Out with is the Texas chain Whataburger. Whataburger has over 1,000 locations, and 700 of those are in Texas alone. The chain has been expanding over the past several years north and has spots in Colorado. It would make sense for Whataburger to try and get locations in Montana before In-N-Out and Whataburger would find a great home here.
Even though we have enough chains in Montana, a few of these could do well with locals. We are always looking for variety, and these chains offer different burgers than the big chains like McDonald's and Wendy's.
