Manhattan Rollover Victim Identified
Gallatin County Officials say the man who died in a rollover early Saturday morning has been identified as Arrow Seifert.
The 26 year old Manhattan man was not wearing a seatbelt when the crash happened around mile mark 8 between Logan and Manhattan.
Officials say speed was a factor.
The accident happened around 12:30 am, but Seifert and the Saturn he was driving were not discovered until early the next morning.
