Another Road to Nowhere in Bozeman

At this week's Bozman's City Commission meeting, longtime Bozeman developer Don Cape Jr., was told he needed to build a road to nowhere.

Cape Jr. said he would build a road to a development he was planning, but didn't seem to understand why he needed to build the road before he was going to actually build the development.
