Woman Shot In Gallatin Valley Mall Parking Lot

According to Bozeman Police, a 24 year woman was shot around 1:30am last night in the Gallatin Valley Mall Parking lot near Taco Bell. 22 year old Nathanial John Budd has been charged with 2 counts of attempted deliberate homicide.  He is currently being held  without bail and will make an appearance in Justice Court Monday.

Reports say Budd fired 3 rounds from his vehicle before fleeing the scene.  The victim was the passenger in a second vehicle, and the driver was not injured. She was treated at Bozeman Deacones.  Budd was arrested on 19th near I-90 without incident.  We will keep you up to date as more details are released.
