Ground blizzard conditions exist this morning in the Livingston area and the wind continues to create dangerously cold outside temperatures around the area.

A Wind Chill Advisory for elevations above 6000 feet remains in
effect until 11 am MST this morning.

Timing and main impact: the combination of cold temperatures
and breezy winds of 10 to 20 mph will continue to create very
cold wind chill values over ridge tops and through higher
mountain passes of southwest Montana.

Wind chill values: wind chills of 20 below to 35 below zero are
generally expected. Frostbite can occur in less than 30 minutes
with these wind chills.

Locations affected include: Battle Ridge Pass... Targhee
Pass... West Yellowstone... Big Hole Pass... Chief Joseph
Pass... Monida Pass... Raynolds Pass.
