WinCo Foods, a largely employee-owned supermarket chain based is Boise, Idaho, is planning on coming to Bozeman. The new store, which will bring as many as 175 jobs to our community, has recently hit a snag.

Members of a rival grocery union have filed a complaint with the City of Bozeman in an attempt to stop WinCo from opening. They say the new story will bring too much traffic and the new market will be unattractive.

Noah Fleisher, director of corporate communications for WinCo Foods, came on Dominick In The Morning to answer questions about what the new store will mean to the local area.
