On April 24th, 2013,  27 year old Brandi Nicole Hodgin was arrested after a pursuit ending in her crashing into a fence near Gooch Hill Road and Huffine Lane.

She is being held at the Gallatin County Detention Center on $100,000 bail on felony charges of forgery, theft and criminal endangerment.

According to Bozeman Police, two other associates of Hodgins were identified and located at the Lewis & Clark Motel.

Bozeman Detectives found two additional stolen vehicles, a 2004 Ford Truck and a 2008 Honda motorcycle, both stolen out of Billings, MT.

During conversations with subjects at the motel, a consent search was obtained and methamphetamine was found in their room.

As a result, two men from Billings were arrested and held on Felony Charges:

David Charges Spencer Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs (2 Felony counts)

Criminal Possession with Intent to distribute (1 Felony count)

Theft by Possession of Stolen Property (1 Felony count)

Jason Lee Ramirez Criminal Possession of Danger Drugs (1 Felony count)

Theft by Possession of Stolen Property (1 Felony count)

Both Spencer and Ramirez were scheduled for an initial appearance today.
