In what could have been a scene right out of ‘Sister Wives’, a U.S. District Judge adopted the findings of a U.S. Magistrate Judge challenging and then upholding Montana’s bigamy laws.

Warren Jeffs, a 55 year old polygamist leader in Texas, is accused of sexual assaulting two underage girls, 12 and 15 years old. During his court hearing, Jeffs threw out his defense attorneys and proclaimed he would be defending himself along with the statements he has received directly from God.
