What do Montana producers think about the idea to create a Montana Cattle Committee? This would apparently be similar to the Wheat & Barley Committee, and funded by a new checkoff focused on Montana beef.

The good the bad and the ugly. Let's take a look at this years session. It seems to be the feeling that a few good things happened, but the Governor is wielding the veto stick already.

HELENA, Mont. (AP) - Over 100 bills alive in the Legislature have yet to be transferred to the governor as the session enters its final days.

This piece of legislation looks to me like a mini Obamacare Bill, with over 50 pages to the bill, and Legislators can't even understand it.
