So far, so good as the Montana State Bobcat football team is 2 and 0 after two impressive home wins.

The Cats beat McNeese State 40-17 to kick off the season, followed by a beat-down of Morehead State. The Bobcats took advantage of the Eagles' two turnovers on their first two drives to take a 21 to 0 lead with several minutes remaining in the first quarter.

When it was all said and done, the Cats were victorious with a final score of 63 to 13.

Next up for the Montana State Bobcats will be Oregon State. This will be a battle of two unbeaten teams as OSU opened the season with a victory over Boise State and beat Fresno State over the weekend. The Bobcats will undoubtedly have their hands full, as OSU is a member of the Pac-12. However, it's a great opportunity for our Bobcats to compete against a bigger program and in a competitive atmosphere.

After Oregon State, the Bobcats head to Eastern Washington to kick off Big Sky Conference play against the Eagles. The Eagles are 1 and 1 on the season. WSU kicked off the season with a victory over Tennessee State, but took a loss to Oregon over the weekend.
