I recently wrote an article about how Montana ranked number 22 when it comes to being considered a "green" state. Eco-friendly that is, but here is the good news...we are ranked #1 for this. It's kinda obvious if you just take a look around.

Montana is full of beautiful people, inside and out, but have you noticed how GREAT Montanan's skin looks? Take a minute and look around, you'll notice it as I have.

No7 Beauty came out with their inaugural skincare index and will you just look at that, Montana takes the cake for Best State for Skin Health.

Montana ranks BEST for how many hours of sun exposure we have. We also have a good amount of humidity and decent air quality. Hence the reason, we are on top of America for being the best state for skin health.

As you can see, we are right where we need to be for hours of exposure, unlike some of the western states...stinks to be them!

Air quality could be better, but I am more than happy to be in the middle. We can always improve that.

When I first moved here, I didn't think we were humid at all. My skin and hair definitely agreed with me. Any naturally curly-haired ladies out there know exactly what I am talking about. My air-dried hair didn't make me look like a lion, so I am happy with our humidity level.

You can see how all the states ranked here, but just for a quick top 3:

#1: Montana (whoop whoop)

#2: North Dakota (Nice jobs neighbors)

#3: Minnesota (Minnesota-nice "skin")

Fun fact, I live in Montana, came from North Dakota, and was born in Minnesota. So does that mean I have had nice skin health my whole life? The study says yes!
