A former  Montana firefighter has admitted that he deliberately sparked dozens of wildfires five years ago. He has just been sentenced to 35 years in prison for starting a blaze in 2016.

Helena resident James Frederick Maw also lit 20 fires in 2013 in Montana, causing almost a million dollars in damage.

Montana last year lost over 250 million dollars of tourist trade because of the wildfires.
