They're not just "bedwetters"- they're f'ing "bedwetters" according to influential Montana Democrat politico Jim Messina. For those who don't know who Jim Messina, he was former President Obama's 2012 campaign manager. Prior to that, he was a longtime operative for former Democrat Senator Max Baucus of Montana.

The polls are brutal for Biden right now, especially when it comes to his age and his fitness for office. These "bedwetters," as Messina sees it, are freaking out over the bad polling facing Joe Biden and the Democrats in 2024.

One of the Democrats concerned about Biden's polling is liberal Senator Jon Tester (D-MT), who is up for re-election in 2024. Tester told The Hill:

“You got to be concerned about those poll numbers, you just do,” Sen. Jon Tester (D-Mont.) said. “There’s plenty of time to get them back up. Whether he can or not, I just don’t know but you got to be concerned.”

This is, of course, the same Jon Tester that less than a month ago said what a great job Biden was doing, and how Biden is "100% with it." The National Republican Senatorial Committee is now hammering Tester for his support of Biden and his reckless policies in a new ad:

While Democrats may wet the bed out of fear (and improperly so, as Messina pointed out), Republicans risk wetting the bed out of excitement and thinking it will be too easy to defeat the Democrats in 2024. Thankfully the National Republican Senatorial Committee is not taking the US Senate race here in Montana lightly, and they are getting in on the game very early on.
