Funky And Very Tasty Bozeman Restaurant, Brew Pub Is Closing

A westside Bozeman restaurant located in The Market complex announced this week via their social media that they were closing their doors after five years in business, and the new owners would be rebranding the bar and restaurant.

Known for good pizzas, a happy hour, and beers from the brewery next door, this locally owned restaurant will be missed by many. Their last day of serving to the public will be Saturday, October 7th. Everyone knows that the restaurant biz is a tough industry with small margins, but this place was fantastic to share apps and grab a cold drinks. This is what their official Facebook page posted late on Monday:

To Our Valued and Loyal Customers,

It is with mixed emotions, that after five years of serving our beloved Bozeman Community, Nordic has decided to hand over the keys to a new owner. Unfortunately, the new owner will rebrand and therefore Nordic’s last day open to the public will be Saturday, October 7th.

For our final two weeks of service we will offer specials on food and beverages as well as discounts on all Nordic and Polar merchandise. We hope to see many familiar faces once (or even twice more) before we officially close our doors.

We have enjoyed being a part of the vibrant Bozeman restaurant culture and have greatly appreciated your support. Thank you for sharing many meals, cocktails, cold beers, and laughs with us and please continue to support the restaurants and businesses at The Market!

Nordic Brew Works is the business at hand. Many folks are very sad to see it close. At this point, it's not clear what will be replacing Nordic. There is a new owner and they will be rebranding. As soon as we know more, we'll share the information.
