Investigation Underway After Horse Shot, Killed in Livingston
The Park County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating an incident in which a horse was shot and killed sometime late on December 31 or in the early morning hours of January 1 in Livingston.
The incident occurred in a location where the horse was being pastured. The area is behind the Rubber Ducky River Rentals building, just off of Highway 89.
A second horse in the pasture was also injured and is expected to survive.
