Monday, August 8th is the first of the three benefit concert dates that John Mayer booked at Pine Creek Lodge, south of Livingston, Montana. Tickets sold out for all of the shows before most people even knew the shows were happening.

To donate directly, text Flood22 to 41444 or click HERE.

If you're one of the thousands that didn't score tickets to any of the three sold-out shows, there's a bright side. You'll be able to live stream two of the three John Mayer shows with a donation to the Park County Community Fund via Nugs.net.

Pine Creek Lodge would really appreciate it if you don't head to the venue on show days if you don't have tickets. They've made it very clear that no more tickets will be available and that tickets are non-transferable. PLEASE don't head down there to 'just check it out'. You will be turned back and your car will be in the way.

According to Pine Creek Lodge's official website and social media:

"THIS SHOW IS COMPLETELY SOLD OUT - THERE ARE NO TICKETS REMAINING AND NO MORE TICKETS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE - THERE IS NOT A WAIT LIST FOR THIS SHOW."

"No ticket transfers. All tickets will be available at the gate, purchaser must show a valid matching photo ID for entry. All sales are final."

"All Livestream Proceeds will benefit Park County Community Fund." (Southwest Montana Flood Relief Fund - serving Park and Madison Counties co-sponsored by Greater Gallatin United Way and Park County Community Foundation.)

What's pretty cool: You can not only purchase the live stream, but you'll see they are also offering a couple different bundles that can include a t-shirt commemorating the show and a specially designed poster for the event.

LOOK: Here are the best lake towns to live in

Many of the included towns jump out at the casual observer as popular summer-rental spots--the Ozarks' Branson, Missouri, or Arizona's Lake Havasu--it might surprise you to dive deeper into some quality-of-life offerings beyond the beach and vacation homes. You'll likely pick up some knowledge from a wide range of Americana: one of the last remaining 1950s-style drive-ins in the Midwest; a Florida town that started as a Civil War veteran retirement area; an island boasting some of the country's top public schools and wealth-earners right in the middle of a lake between Seattle and Bellevue; and even a California town containing much more than Johnny Cash's prison blues.
