Fiesta Mexicana Opening New Bozeman Location in June

Fiesta Mexicana, a popular Mexican food restaurant in Bozeman, plans to open in its new location in June.

In May, the restaurant closed the doors of its location on Aspen Street. Since the closure, the owners have been working diligently to re-open, which will be in the old Panda Buffet building at 712 Wheat Drive, just north of I-90.

There has not been a specific date set for the opening, however the plan is to have the restaurant open sometime in June. We spoke with a representative from Fiesta Mexicana, and they told us they anticipate opening in 2-3 weeks.

Fiesta Mexicana and Mixers Saloon were both forced out of their locations on Aspen Street due to a planned development that includes a nearly 70,000 square foot mixed-use building called Aspen Crossing.
