Exclusive: Montana Green Party Fights Back, Listen to the Audio

On Tuesday, the Montana Green Party filed suit in Federal District Court naming Montana Secretary of State, Corey Stapleton, as the defendant, and asking the court to grant an immediate and permanent injunction on the enforcement state statutes they say impose an unconstitutional burden on the them and its supporters by violating the first and fourteenth amendments to the United States Constitution.
