Do You Own Land In Montana? No You Don’t!

Can you own land in America? Wednesday, on Dominick In The Morning, my guests Clint and Pete who have been studying land rights in America say "no."

They argue if you have land and don't pay taxes to the government, you really don't own it. Don't pay taxes, the government takes your land.

We sort of "rent" land. The fact that we, the people of Montana and the United States may "think" it's our land, I mean we paid for it. But Pete and Clint say we don't ever really own the land that we pay for and live on. Does it matter?
