A Montana homeowner from Whitehall wants $168,000 in damages from Wells Fargo after the bank seized his home. Seems it was a mistake.

Wells Fargo's lawyer Kenneth Lay acknowledged to jurors that the bank sent an agent inspector inside the wrong house but says it was an honest mistake and nothing was taken or damaged.

The company that sent an inspector to Moore's home for Wells Fargo reached a private settlement with Moore before the trial.
