ESPN College Gameday visited Bozeman on Saturday ahead of the Cat/Griz game in Bobcat Stadium. Check out these awesome pictures of College Gameday's visit.
My coworker and I got in line at 1:30 a.m. on Saturday morning in hopes of getting a good spot in the pit behind the College Gameday crew. When we arrived, we were surprised to see upwards of 100 people already lined up. Despite nearly freezing to death, it was worth the wait.
The Cat/Griz game is really important to Montanans all across the state, and College Gameday showing up definitely made it a lot more special. When Lee Corso put on the head of the Montana State mascot, Champ, the crowd went absolutely wild.
A lot of my friends told me I was crazy to wait in the cold for hours, but it truly was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The chances of College Gameday ever returning to Montana are slim.
