Senator Jon Tester Kicks Off Veterans Listening Tour In Anaconda Saturday

Senator Jon Tester, a senior member of the Veterans’ Affairs Committee, will begin his statewide veterans listening tour this Saturday in Anaconda to hear what Montana veterans like and don’t like about VA healthcare and benefits.

After recent reports surfaced that the VA mismanaged waiting lists for veterans seeking care, Tester announced a series of steps he is taking to address access issues, including a statewide tour to hear what Montana veterans think of the services available to them from the VA.

Montana veterans are encouraged to join Senator Tester to share their thoughts on ways to improve the VA and build on the department’s strengths.
