Texas IHOP Manager Verbally Attacks Customers [VIDEO]

The YouTube user who uploaded the video claims the IHOP manager in Victoria, Texas was being rude to a waitress when a couple eating at the diner interjected which then caused the manager to yell at the customers. A cellphone hidden behind water glasses catches the manager's temper filled rant.
