Rental Inspections To Take Place In Bozeman [AUDIO]

This week there is a meeting with the City of Bozeman Building Division that is gathering information on their new program. It is a "Voluntary Rental Unit Safety Inspection" program.

On the show Wednesday Assistant City Manager Chuck Winn joined us by phone, In studio was Kate Reid Realtor/Property manager Windermere Real Estate, and Steve Cichon with Property Partners of Montana. The idea was discussed with concerned listeners and feel the City needs to keep their nose out of the rental properties.
