Pay Increase For The State, Really

At least Obama froze the Federal Employees pay, but our wonderful Governor OK's a pay raise?With a crappy economy, and a budget shortfall coming, he goes along with a pay increase.

Of course the City of Bozeman was no better approving a 15% raise for top employees. And the Governor used the same excuse as Bozeman. We didn't want our employees to leave, where are they gonna go?

How about a performance based raise. I think it should all be based that way.

Of course I haven't gotten one either. Performance, or otherwise!
