A Bozeman Wal-Mart manager says he is sorry that a Montana State University professor was offended by a employee. The worker listed the MSU professor's job on a fishing license as a toilet cleaner.

The professor said this was done because he is a black man and the worker was a raciest.

The Bozeman Daily Chronicle said the apology came as part of a settlement involving a discrimination complaint filed with the Montana Human Rights Bureau. The Wal-Mart manager says the incident was unfortunate. The local ACLU says this incident proves there is a big problem with race in Montana.
