One of the many things we love about Northeastern Montana is that when something needs to be done, the folks in Northeastern Montana just get the job done.

Case in point: Scobey, Montana. When the town needed a new swimming pool, the local radio station teamed up with the local paper- they held a radiothon and they got it done. Thanks to efforts by KCGM Radio and The Daniels County Leader they raised more than a million dollars and built a new community pool.

Local folks teaming up and getting the job done. That's why we are so excited to announce that our statewide radio talk show, Montana Talks, will now air on 95.7 KCGM Radio out of Scobey.

"Whether it's talking to our great border patrol agents, or our great farmers and ranchers- Northeastern Montana will never be the 'forgotten corner' on Montana Talks," said host Aaron Flint, who previously hosted another radio talk show on KCGM for nearly 6 years.

KCGM General Manager John Machart says Montana Talks is an exciting new addition to the station's lineup, that will air live from 9-10AM every Monday through Friday starting June 3rd.

"We know that talk radio is a very popular feature here in Scobey. It keeps us connected to the rest of the state with the latest breaking news and information all across Montana," says Machart. "But more importantly it allows us to be a part of the statewide conversation."
