Montana Senator Wants To Investigate Olympics

Senator Steve Daines has joined a bipartisan group calling for a special investigation to focus on the decades of abuse in the U.S. Olympic Committee and USA Gymnastics.

“It’s sickening that young girls, representing our country, were abused for decades by someone who should have been a trusted ally,” said Daines. “We must investigate why this abuse was ignored and how this was covered up by the U.S. Gymnastics and U.S. Olympic Committee. The survivors and their families deserve answers about how these atrocious acts were allowed to happen.”
