Mayor Krauss Responds to SWMBIA’s ‘Affordable Housing’ Definition

As you may remember, Brian Popiel, Chairman of the Board for Southwest Montana Building Industry Association, (SWMBIA) visited Monday morning to explain what ‘affordable’ means to SWMBIA members.

This morning Mayor Jeff Krauss responded.

"Mr. Popiel is exactly right. Nobody sets out to lose $50,000," Krauss said. "We all believe in affordable housing SO much, that the next person that moves here has to pay for it..."
