Man Admits Raping Intoxicated, Unconscious Woman

A citizen of Mexico who was accused of raping a woman who was intoxicated and unconscious has pleaded guilty to felony sexual intercourse without consent. The rape happened in Big Sky last fall.

Heriberto Bobadilla, of Mexico just pleaded guilty to felony sexual intercourse without consent. Judge John Brown in Gallatin County District Court took the plea and Bobadilla remains in the Gallatin County jail pending his sentencing.
