Here they go. The Montana Legislature was only up and running for one week, and already our prediction is proving to be true: the liberal Montana media is STILL pushing the radical transgender agenda with biased reporting.

Last Fall, when the liberal media was covering for former Democrat Senator Jon Tester (D-MT), they laughably ran this headline: "No, Jon Tester did not vote to let men compete against girls in sports"

They ran that headline because they knew that Montanans oppose men in girls sports and bathrooms. They ran that headline, even though later in the story they admit that Tester actually voted to do just that.

If they think having men in girls sports and bathrooms is such a good thing- why didn't they brag about Tester's vote? I raised that question during the election, and I also said on the radio at the time: you watch- when the Montana Legislature starts up in January 2025, they will jump right back on the bandwagon promoting the radical transgender agenda with biased reporting.

Here we are. It's January 2025, and the media falls in line right on cue. Matthew Monforton called them out right away when a liberal blogger shared a headline from the Lee Newspapers capitol bureau. The Helena IR had a headline about what they called an "anti-trans" bill. Monforton rightly pointed out that it is a "pro-woman" bill.

That being said, most Montanans would not describe themselves as "pro-trans"- but they certainly believe that all people should be treated respectfully, and that women and girls deserve safe spaces like bathrooms and locker rooms.

The bill referenced is HB 121 by Rep. Kerri Seekins-Crowe (R-Billings). She joined us last Thursday on the radio. Here's our chat with her about that bill, and more:
